Who am I? Well, I am a picasso in progress; the sum of my mishmashed parts. I am a dog lover. A vegetarian of 9 years, mostly because I think the texture of meat is icky. There was also the Great Bacon Incident of ’04, but that’s a story for another time. I’m an adventure lover, and I honestly think that that comes from the fact that I had to ride the bus in L.A. for 4 years. I’m a writer, a fashion freak, and a film lover. I graduated from Chapman University in 2012 with a degree in Film Studies and a minor in Gay Lesbian and Bisexual studies. I ultimately want to be a film historian/preservationist. I want to work at an archive surrounded by smelly old films from eras past. I’m going to be that person you see when flipping past the history channel. I’ll be poised in a big fluffy chair, sipping from a glass of scotch and scrunching my glasses back up onto my gigantic nose. You’ll stop and wonder who I am. This strange person on your television. Except you won’t have to wonder because you’ll be reading this blog, and when that time comes, you’ll already know.

  1. Hi Kelsey!

Loved your Joshua Tree post, thinking about making a trip out there when it cools down .. looks like great times!

I stumbled on your blog through the Los Angeles tag and wanted you to be one of the first to know that we are launching an event website called wigo events. Our site focuses on a community of users in Los Angeles sharing cool events that they know about, and we would love to have you be a part of it! If you are interested in being one of our very first users please leave us your email address at the link right below, sorry its so long, don’t know how to add a hyperlink in the comment section haha. Once our site goes live in the next few months, we’ll let you know!

      Hi Sara,

Thanks for stopping by my new space in the blogosphere. I’m a big fan of exploring and exposing the fun, quirky things we’ve got going on here in L.A. I’m sure the wigo blog would be fun to participate in. Thanks for letting me know about the opportunity, I’ll be looking forward to finding out more!

  2. Hey, thanks for following my Comedy blog. I hope you do find the smelly archive of your dream and sip the best glass of scotch you’ll ever taste.

I really dig your hair too.
